This Rotadorm Care is for people 5ft 5 inches and above and up to 21 Stones (135kg).

The Rotadorm Low presents a lower height range for those users who are of a shorter height, under 5ft 5in and up to 21 Stones (135kg)

Then the Rotadorm Max is designed specifically for the heavier user, up to 28.3 Stones (180kg) and over 5ft 5 inches, with a weight specific pressure redistribution mattress for comfort and pressure relief.

And the Rotadorm Max Low version blends both the Low and the Max together, and is a solution for the heavier and shorter user; up to 28.3 Stones (180kg) and under 5ft 5 inches.

Head & Foot protectors

These Head and Foot protectors protect the ends of the bed with this wipe clean padded bumper 100cm long – tapered for side rail tracking.

All round protection can be achieved by using full length side bumpers with head and foot board padding.

This set of Full-Length Mesh Bed Rail Protectors are designed to be used on profiling beds. For maximum security the rail protectors have padded either side, therefore, reducing the danger of the user becoming injured.

Most profiling beds have full-length wooden rails. These bumpers have been designed to fit each rail neatly. Top and bottom pads are connected by a strong see-through net which ‘concertinas’ to save space when the sides are lowered.

These protectors are foam-filled with a simple wipe clean, fluid proof surface. The bumpers fit easily using a hook and loop fastening.

This set of Bed Cot Side Bumpers are available custom made for all sizes of profiling beds.

The bumpers help to ensure safety by providing padding either side of the bed, thus reducing the danger of the user becoming injured or trapped.

To fit a vast range of bed rails from 133cm to 205cm long and various heights. The Basic wipe clean bumper has a foam inner and full length hook and loop fastenings along the bottom edge. Available in extra high to fit high rails when an extra overlay is being used.

Entrapment Protection

The Bed Rail Entrapment Avoidance Side Wedges have been designed to prevent a patient from falling out of bed without requiring any rails for operation. The clever design of the Entrapment Avoidance Side Wedges, enables the patient to get out of the bed without the entrapment problem of rails but is also protected from the ‘Roll Out’.

A draw sheet (which is included in the price) attaches to a mattress with quick release buckles. Along each side of the bed is a broad 10cm hook and loop strip. A 20cm high x 90cm long wedge fixes onto the Velcro strip. The draw sheet and the wedges are covered in a high quality vapour permeable wipe clean fabric.

The Lukas Therapy Cot is an electrically operated bed, made to the finest standards with incredible attention to detail. The combination of natural wood design and perspex sides ensures maximum visibility into and out of the cot at all times. The Lukas Cot includes an electrically operated high low profiling lying surface, which has an adjustable head & footboard along with a knee break. A 12cm foam mattress is supplied as standard, but other pressuring relieving mattresses are available on request.
